PROBLEM Call Centre!!
HEADLINE Cannot get hold of them at all

I have been trying to get in contact with iBurst since 17:30 last night. I've phoned an enormous amount of times, staying on the phone for 5-10 minutes each time, all to no avail. I've tried the accounts department, general enquiries and technical support. No answer. I tried reporting my problem via the web site, it crashed. I've tried emailing, no response.

So, how exactly do I get my iBurst working? Is anyone actually present at the company?
